Verazify Legal & Trust

Sub-processors

The trusted third parties that help Verazify deliver identity verification and AML compliance — what each one does and where it processes data.

Effective date: August 11, 2026

To provide our Service, Verazify engages a small number of carefully vetted third-party sub-processors that process personal data on our behalf. This page lists our current sub-processors. It supports the commitments in our Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy.

01About this list

A sub-processor is a third party that processes personal data on Verazify’s behalf to help deliver the Service. We conduct due diligence on each sub-processor and bind them by contract to data-protection obligations no less protective than those we owe our customers. Verazify remains responsible for the performance of its sub-processors’ obligations.

The location shown indicates where the provider primarily processes data; several operate globally, and some support region-specific processing. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA.

03Change notifications

We may add or replace sub-processors as our Service evolves. When we do, we will update this page and, in line with our DPA, provide advance notice to customers so they have an opportunity to review and, where applicable, object on reasonable data-protection grounds.

Subscribe to updates

Customers can subscribe to sub-processor change notifications so they are alerted before a new sub-processor takes effect. To subscribe, email privacy@verazify.com with the subject “Sub-processor updates”, or use the subscription option in your account settings where available.

What a notification includes:

  • the name of the sub-processor being added or replaced;

  • its primary processing location; and
  • the date the change is expected to take effect.
